In response to the evolving digital age and shifting societal dynamics, this six-day training initiative is designed to elevate youth work and educational practices throughout Europe.
As young people navigate increasingly complex challenges in accessing inclusive and impactful participation opportunities, traditional education and civic systems often fall short—leaving gaps in engagement, skills, and motivation.
This program will gather youth workers from across Europe to share knowledge, explore non-formal learning strategies, and co-create innovative approaches that foster intercultural dialogue, intergenerational understanding, and social inclusion.
Through interactive workshops, collaborative sessions, and creative tools, participants will be equipped to design and implement meaningful initiatives within their local communities—contributing to broader goals such as democratic engagement, digital equity, and community cohesion.
