Youth Exchange projects require content, but behind this content are various tools.
This project is a training that allows participants to explore tools related to group processes, learning, youth participation, and how to facilitate these tools during a youth exchange.

Practical preparation for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
What you can expect from this course:
Increasing awareness of group processes and experiencing tools that facilitate group development
Developing competencies in designing and facilitating training in youth exchanges
Exploring tools that support the learning process, including knowledge sharing and recognition of learning
Discovering tools and models that promote intercultural learning and dialogue
Exploring and experiencing methodologies and approaches that support the implementation of a youth exchange project
Preparing for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
Training program:
This program is built on the participants’ previous experiences and will offer non-formal education and training experiences.
Language and Participation Requirements:
This training course will be conducted in English, and there will be no continuous translation available. Therefore, we ask that you have a good level of English (understanding and communication).
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
The expected number of participants is approximately 25-30.
