Throughout the training programme, participants will explore practical approaches and up-to-date methodologies designed to improve the quality of European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects.
The course will examine every stage of volunteering activities—from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation—while highlighting how quality standards can be effectively integrated into everyday project management. As a result, participants will strengthen their ability to deliver volunteering projects that create lasting value for both volunteers and local communities.
Key Topics Covered During the Training
Over the course of the programme, participants will explore a wide range of topics, including:
Understanding the core quality principles of the European Solidarity Corps.
Designing and implementing ESC volunteering projects that meet high-quality standards.
Learning about the programme’s priorities, regulations, procedures, funding rules, and operational framework.
Exploring cooperation models between organisations from Programme and Partner Countries.
Identifying common challenges faced in volunteering projects and discussing practical solutions.
Building sustainable partnerships and professional networks among organisations involved in the European Solidarity Corps.
Discovering innovative strategies that strengthen organisational learning and continuous improvement.
An Opportunity for International Networking and Institutional Development
Beyond gaining new knowledge, the training course will provide an international learning environment where organisations can exchange successful practices and practical experiences.
Representatives from different countries will have the opportunity to learn from one another, discuss innovative project models, and identify new approaches that can be adapted within their own organisations. The programme is designed to encourage long-term cooperation and strengthen the European volunteering network.
Online Onboarding Session Before the Training
Prior to the face-to-face activity, all selected participants will be invited to an online onboarding meeting.
This introductory session will familiarise participants with the training programme, introduce the organising team, explain practical arrangements, and provide useful information to help participants prepare for the course.
