Erasmus+ Training Course in Spain: Learn Visual Facilitation Techniques
An Erasmus+ training course in Spain will provide participants with an opportunity to explore creative visual methods that can make complex ideas easier to understand, communicate and remember. The training course, titled “Facilitate Visually,” focuses on visual facilitation, graphic recording and practical techniques that can be integrated into educational activities and youth work.
Throughout the one-week programme, participants will explore how drawings, symbols, visual structures and other creative tools can be used to communicate information and ideas in a clearer and more engaging way. The course is particularly relevant for people involved in education, youth work and other activities where effective communication and group learning are important.
What Is Visual Facilitation?
Visual facilitation focuses on presenting complex information and ideas through visual elements. Instead of relying exclusively on spoken or written communication, participants will discover how drawings, symbols and visual arrangements can support understanding and information sharing.
The purpose of the training is not to turn participants into professional artists. Rather, the course aims to demonstrate how visual thinking can support group activities, strengthen communication and make educational processes more engaging.
During the training, participants will have opportunities to practise different visual techniques and consider how these methods can be adapted to their own educational and youth-related activities.

A Practical and Creative Learning Experience
The Facilitate Visually Erasmus+ training course will combine theoretical information with practical activities. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the techniques introduced during the sessions and explore how visual methods can be used in different educational and youth work environments.
Particular attention will be given to visual tools that can help communicate ideas more efficiently, make information easier to follow and encourage more creative approaches to group activities.
Through hands-on exercises, participants will be able to experiment with different methods rather than simply learning about them theoretically. This practical approach is intended to help participants understand how visual facilitation can be transferred to their own projects and educational activities.
Experienced Facilitators Will Lead the Training
The training course will be delivered by Helena Podlešákova Leszczyńska and Urszula Leszczyńska, who have experience in graphic facilitation and civil society activities.
Both facilitators are among the founders of YoWo Poland. Their experience in international youth work, Erasmus+ projects and visual facilitation will contribute to the practical learning environment of the course.
During the programme, the facilitators will support participants in experimenting with visual communication techniques and discovering different ways to apply these methods in educational and youth activities.
