ESC volunteers will support the development and daily activities of the eco-village through practical, educational, and community-based work.

The Youth Bloom Eco-Village is a 10,000 m² nature-centered educational and recreational site located in As-Salt, Jordan.
Its vision is to inspire young people to reconnect with the environment, explore biodiversity, and gain direct experience in sustainable living practices.
The eco-village will include hiking routes, eco-conscious buildings, permaculture gardens, sports and challenge activity zones, collaborative learning spaces, and small-scale animal facilities such as poultry, goats, and beekeeping.
These features are designed to provide hands-on exposure to ecology, agriculture, teamwork, and environmental responsibility.
Volunteers will take part in a wide range of activities, including:
Preparing land for cultivation
Planting trees
Eco-construction projects
Practicing permaculture methods
Sustainable farming initiatives
Organizing youth-oriented programs
Supporting educational and community-based activities
Experiencing daily eco-village life
🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Transport
All essential costs are covered: travel, accommodation, insurance, food allowance, and pocket money.

Open to young people aged 18–30 years, motivated to engage in environmental and community activities.
