Italy , Puglia : 5 Days Erasmus+ Seminar

This seminar is designed to elevate the understanding of the pivotal role that youth work plays in empowering young individuals in the realm of social entrepreneurship. The objective is to grasp how youth work can be instrumental in shaping a more engaged and progressive community.

Overview

Recognizing this role is essential for its profound influence on youth and society at large.

 

The seminar will also broaden the understanding of social entrepreneurship and social business as potent means to combat unemployment and enhance social involvement among the youth.

 

Participants will explore a variety of experiences within the social entrepreneurship sector, gaining inspiration.

 

 

The seminar will also introduce the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, prompting attendees to develop new skills that strengthen their entrepreneurial pursuits.

 

Purpose

The seminar’s purpose is to motivate participants to recognize how youth work can make a significant contribution to forging a more accountable and advanced society.

 

Goals

To contemplate and assimilate various European competence frameworks and the array of skills necessary to enhance the employability of young people.

 

To uncover methods and tools in youth work that encourage entrepreneurial education among the youth.

 

To amplify the importance of acknowledging the role of youth workers in boosting youth employability and entrepreneurship.

 

 

To acquaint with and ponder the traits, advantages, principles, and elements of social entrepreneurship, as a tactic for youth job readiness.

To inspire participants to embrace and apply social entrepreneurship as a catalyst for youth employability.

 

To establish a collaborative network for the exchange of experiences among attendees

 

Activity dates: 21-25 May 2024
