Youth Exchange (YE) projects are not simply about the activities themselves; behind every exchange lies a set of tools and methods that shape the entire learning journey.
TYE – Tools for Youth Exchanges is a training course designed to help participants dive into group dynamics, strengthen learning processes, encourage meaningful youth participation, and practice how these tools can be applied effectively within a Youth Exchange.
Purpose of the Training
The main goal of TYE is to support youth leaders and youth workers in discovering, sharing, and adapting practical tools that can raise the quality and impact of their youth exchange projects.

Programme Approach
The TYE course builds on the prior experiences of participants and is grounded in non‑formal education methods. It offers a participatory environment where active involvement is encouraged and valued.
Practical Information
The working language of the training is English, with no permanent translation available. Participants should therefore have a good command of English for both understanding and communication.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years
Expected group size: around 25 participants
Total number of places: 24 participants
