Strong communication, sustainable management, and effective organizational development have become essential elements for the long-term success of non-governmental organizations. In response to these growing needs, Spin Association, an Erasmus+ KA1 accredited organization, will host the international training course “NGO’s Sustainability 2.0” in Lisbon, Portugal, from 14 to 20 September 2026.
The program is designed for youth workers, project coordinators, educators, facilitators, volunteers, and NGO professionals who are interested in enhancing their knowledge of communication strategies and organizational sustainability.
International Erasmus+ Training in Lisbon
The training activity will take place in Bairro Padre Cruz, located in the Carnide district of Lisbon. Organized under Spin Association’s Erasmus+ KA1 Accreditation, the project will bring together participants from different countries, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, networking, and international cooperation.
Participants are expected to arrive on the morning of 14 September 2026 and depart after breakfast on 20 September 2026.
Focus Theme: Communication and Sustainability for NGOs
In today’s rapidly changing environment, NGOs need much more than successful project implementation to remain impactful. Effective resource management, strategic communication, team coordination, and long-term sustainability have become key factors in organizational growth and resilience.
This training course is specifically designed to help participants strengthen these areas while exploring innovative approaches to sustainable organizational development.
