Hungary : 7 Days Erasmus+ Training Course

Art of Resilience Training Course

10-18 May 2024 | Pénzpatak Vadászház, Bükk Mountain, Hungary

 

This is a 7-day long program that deals with the topic of resilience for those who work with other people.

 

The program aims to strengthen the inner resources and outer support of the participants to boost their well-being, even in tough situations, using experiential learning as a method. The program has the following goals:

To support the well-being and resilience of participants: The “Art of Resilience” course enables to thrive, offering tailored strategies for well-being and resilience.

 

To develop tolerance for uncertainty: The course helps participants to cope with uncertainty as a natural part of their journey, fostering a positive outlook and mental resilience.

To provide tools for personal and professional development: Empowerment is essential, giving participants practical skills and a keen understanding of their strengths.

 

To foster self-awareness through self-reflection and awareness: This transformative course guides participants through reflective exercises, fostering self-awareness that enriches their professional effectiveness and contributes to a deeper sense of purpose.

 

To introduce experiential education concepts: Reflect on experiences and discuss learning outcomes, feedback and reflection based on the concepts and models of experiential education.

To use nature as a tool: Inspire participants to use nature as a tool while working with groups, fostering a connection between nature and learning.

To develop facilitation skills: Improve the skills needed for the successful facilitation of educational programs The program uses various methods to ensure a practical and engaging experience:

Experiential Learning: Learning by doing.

Reflective Sessions: Individual, small, and big group reflections.

Rope Elements: High and low rope activities.

Art tools
