🌍 Inclusive Youth Work Training Program
This program invites participants to strengthen collaboration and connection in youth work through inclusion-based approaches.
The project aims to foster diversity and inclusiveness in the youth field, providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to create open, supportive, and welcoming environments.
By doing so, every young person—regardless of background—will have the opportunity to actively engage in projects and community initiatives, contribute meaningfully, and grow personally.
🎯 Objectives
Raise awareness of diversity and inclusion in youth work
Develop inclusive methods among participants and share best practices
Encourage young people to advocate for inclusion within their communities
Strengthen intercultural understanding and mutual respect
Support the active involvement of underrepresented youth groups
Enhance cooperation and networking among youth organizations and individuals
👥 Participant Profile
18 years and older (no upper age limit)
Able to communicate effectively in English
Willing to disseminate training outcomes via social media and personal work
Open-minded, motivated, and eager to share experiences
💸 Financial Conditions
No participation fee
Travel days: 14 & 22 February – transportation costs reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules
Accommodation provided in shared double rooms
Meals and coffee breaks offered on a full-board basis
