Looking for 8 imaginative volunteers ready to leave a lasting artistic footprint at the Oratorium in Kielce.
Starting April 23rd, you will spend 40 days blending your creativity with youth-centered teamwork.
Your Key Roles
Artistic Transformation: Design and paint a unique mural on the building’s wall or fence, while also renewing the playground to create a vibrant and safe environment for children.
The Grand Celebration: The project concludes with a Multicultural Children’s Day Festival, where the mural and playground will be unveiled. Volunteers will also host stalls presenting their home country’s traditions and cuisine.
Daily Engagement (Working Hours: 1–7 pm)
Workshops & Talents: Lead sessions in sports, music, or art based on your skills, and organize fun activities for kids.
Support Role: Assist children in their daily routines and provide light educational guidance.
🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Transport
Volunteers will live in shared flats (3–4 people), each with private rooms and common kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
Apartments are centrally located or well connected.

📚 Training Opportunities
Co-Creation & DIY: Collaborate with peers and professionals to design the mural and learn renovation techniques, exchanging artistic and practical skills.
Youth Work Practice: Gain hands-on experience in a lively youth center, developing creative games and animation methods with fellow volunteers.
Event Management: Take part in planning the festival, learning logistics and teamwork while shaping the final event together.

No prior experience required; skills can be learned during the project.
