Looking for volunteers aged 18-30 to assist in creating Christmas crafts and ornaments for the Christmas market at the Saint Nicolas Bishop Association.
We aim to gather a diverse group of volunteers from various countries for our “Creative Christmas Exchange.”
The project involves collaborating with mothers from the parents’ club to craft unique Christmas decorations and celebrate the festive spirit together.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to share their ideas, skills, and handicraft techniques, while also learning traditional methods of making baubles and other ornaments from the mothers.
The crafted items will be showcased at the Christmas market, with proceeds supporting family trips, helping to create cherished memories for families in need. Interested candidates should complete the online application available here.
Participant Profile
Volunteer’s Role:
Collaborate with the project coordinator to organize activities related to crafting and holiday decorations.
Assist in planning workshops for the mothers from the parents’ club, where they will share their skills and traditions in making Christmas ornaments.
Participate in the workshops to learn from the mothers and create crafts together.
Work with the team to create and organize the Christmas fair where the crafted items will be sold.
Actively participate in organizing the Santa Claus party for children
