PCNS works to unite global policymakers, thought leaders, and specialists to facilitate constructive discussions and foster collaborative responses—especially within the Atlantic Basin and Africa.
About the ADEL 2025 Program The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program is a prestigious, all-expenses-paid leadership experience designed for youth.
Drawing participantsCustomized Leadership Development: Interactive workshops and tailored training sessions empower you to refine your leadership style.
Global Policy Engagement: Fully participate in the Atlantic Dialogues conference and gain insights into international policy debates.

Expenses and Logistics For the selected 40+ participants, PCNS will cover all major expenses:
Airfare: Round-trip economy-class tickets from your home country to Rabat and back.
Accommodation & Meals: Hotel lodging with three daily meals provided.
Local Transportation: All necessary transportation within Morocco.
What Is Expected of You? As an ADEL participant, you are expected to:
Attend every session and actively engage throughout both the ADEL program and the Atlantic Dialogues conference.
Contribute actively in discussions, breakout sessions, and group activities.
Continue serving as an ambassador for the ADEL community long after the program concludes.
Collaborate closely with PCNS in shaping the future direction of the program.
Eligibility – Who Should Apply? Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Be between 25 and 35 years old as of May 7, 2025.
- Possess fluent English communication skills.
- Be available for the full program duration from December 7–13, 2025.
- Demonstrate significant leadership potential and a strong professional track record.
- Be committed to making a positive impact in their respective fields—whether in public, private, or civil society sectors.
- Show enthusiasm for engaging across cultures and actively contributing to the Emerging Leaders and Atlantic Dialogues networks.
