A Training Course to Enhance and Update Skills in Intercultural Learning and Cultural Diversity
“Threads 2025: Weaving Intercultural Futures” delves into the evolving dynamics of intercultural learning and cultural diversity, examining past methods while looking ahead to future opportunities.
The primary goal of this training is to strengthen participants’ skills in facilitating intercultural learning and fostering cultural diversity, focusing on the latest practices and incorporating these concepts into everyday scenarios.
Objectives:
Examine Evolution: Reflect on the transformation of intercultural learning and cultural diversity concepts over time within education and non-formal learning sectors.
Develop Skills: Offer participants a platform to upgrade their skills using advanced methods and approaches for intercultural learning in both professional and personal contexts.
Incorporate Daily Life: Encourage participants to weave intercultural thinking and actions into their daily lives.
Collective Innovation: Co-create and envision forward-thinking approaches to intercultural learning that meet current and future societal needs.
Methodologies:
Participants will engage in non-formal learning techniques, collective brainstorming, and reflections, using interactive methods. They will share good and bad practices and co-create new perspectives on intercultural learning.

Participation Fee: There is no fee required to participate.
Accommodation and Food: The hosting organization will provide both accommodation and meals.
Travel Reimbursement: Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Erasmus+ Program guide.
