Join our four-day training course where youth workers can learn how Artificial Intelligence can support their daily activities both in the office and in the field. Imagine having a personal assistant by your side, efficiently supporting your tasks while maintaining a unique human connection.
Whether you’re just starting to explore AI or already have some experience, this course will provide you with the knowledge and tools to integrate AI effectively into your NGO’s operations and youth projects.
What You Will Learn:
Understanding AI Basics: Learn how AI works and what it means. Discover how AI can support your youth work.
Gaining Practical AI Skills: Experience AI tools first-hand and learn how to use them to enhance your work.
Applying AI in European Youth Programs: Collaborate with your new digital colleague. Learn to integrate AI into youth and project management activities, and utilize its potential to ease your tasks.
Using AI Responsibly and Ethically: Explore ethical issues related to AI, including data privacy, bias, and responsible usage.
Program Overview:
Day 1: Team Building – Develop trust, connect with peers, and experiment with AI tools in a fun, interactive setting.
Day 2: AI Basics & Automation Tools – Discover AI’s potential to simplify administrative tasks and increase efficiency in youth work.
Day 3: AI Learning Festival – Dive deeper into various AI applications based on participants’ needs and Erasmus+ priorities.
Day 4: Ethics & Closing – Discuss challenges, ethical practices, and next steps, concluding with reflections and celebration.

Practical Information:
Before the activity, you will receive all the practical information needed to prepare well for this training course.
Arrival day is Tuesday, April 22nd, and departure day is Sunday, April 27th. The program starts on Tuesday afternoon and finishes on Saturday evening after dinner.
The training is funded by the Erasmus+ Youth program and includes accommodation in single rooms with private bathrooms, all meals from Tuesday evening until Sunday breakfast, and reimbursement of your travel costs
