Through hands-on methods and inclusive practices, participants will explore how to nurture resilient, welcoming communities.
🧠 What’s It All About?
The course “Living and Organizing in Our Communities” encourages a shift away from competitive, top-down structures and toward collective empowerment and cooperation.
You’ll engage with practical tools designed to foster participation, create safe and inclusive spaces, and support diverse roles within a group.
Together, we’ll explore key questions:
What does fair power-sharing look like?
How can we deepen our listening and understanding?
In what ways can conflict become a catalyst for group growth?
Using creative approaches like Theatre of the Oppressed and collaborative workshops, you’ll gain firsthand experience in collective intelligence and co-creation.
