As a participant, you’ll reside at the Synergy Volunteering & Learning Center (BG), where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, savor delicious meals, enjoy pleasant company, and experience a diverse international atmosphere.
You’ll have ample chances to engage in construction, gardening, painting, and enhancing the center, alongside bonding with local residents and exchanging hobbies with other volunteers. Does this resonate with you?
Accommodation, Food, and Transport Provisions:
Participants will be accommodated at “Synergy House” – an Educational & Retreat Center established in 2022 to offer a venue for informal education and youth work beyond the urban environment, encouraging self-discovery among the youth.
To learn more about “Synergy House,” visit their Instagram page. As for finances, you’ll receive a daily allowance of 5€ for personal expenses.
Regarding meals, there will be a collective weekly budget allocated for group cooking. Travel expenses will be compensated based on the distance from your residence to Sofia.
Training During Your Stay:
Throughout your involvement, our seasoned facilitators will provide continuous support. They will mentor you through various activities, offer valuable advice and insights, and impart their knowledge on cultivating a healthy lifestyle and practical skills, maximizing your learning experience during your time here.

Looking for individuals aged 18-30 (not turning 31 before June 4th, 2024) who are:
Committed to living healthily and preserving cultural heritage.
Eager for hands-on experience.
Willing to be part of a tight-knit community with fellow Europeans.

Ready to initiate and seize opportunities for personal and communal growth.
Prepared to live amidst the rural backdrop of Bulgaria’s mountains, with basic amenities, for four weeks.
