Tailored especially for youth workers stepping into the world of international exchanges, the course offers a supportive, multicultural learning space to help participants gain the confidence and tools needed to bring their ideas to life.
🎯 What This Training Aims to Achieve
Offer a clear and engaging overview of the Erasmus+ Youth Programme, with a spotlight on the “Youth Exchanges” format
Highlight how young people can take an active role in shaping and executing these projects
Guide participants through a simulated project development process, blending individual and group-based learning
Build essential competencies—knowledge, skills, and attitudes—aligned with non-formal education principles and EU youth programme quality standards
Encourage participants to reflect on their learning journey using the Youthpass recognition tool
Facilitate networking with potential international partners and foster cross-border collaboration
📚 Programme Structure
The course runs over five days, including arrival and departure.
It features three full days of hands-on, experiential learning. Activities include project simulations, informative sessions, team-building exercises, and structured reflection—all designed to deepen understanding and strengthen practical skills.
This training is part of a recurring series organized 3 to 5 times annually by the network of National Agencies within the Erasmus+: Youth Programme.
