Project Synopsis:
In an effort to artistically chart the “Robbe” sector, volunteers will traverse and photograph the locale, culminating in an inventive cartographic depiction.
This endeavor is part of a broader mission to rejuvenate the urban landscape of Milena. The “Robbe” refers to quaint hamlets dotting the Milena countryside, which have historically given rise to the current village.
In the late 1800s, as the land was farmed under lease, the remoteness and communication barriers led settlers to construct humble abodes along ancient pathways and near water sources.
These dwellings, known as “Robbe,” were clustered to ensure community and access to potable water.
Living Conditions:
Lodging arrangements include shared apartments, fully furnished with essential amenities and utilities.
While Wi-Fi is accessible at the organization’s office, culinary responsibilities fall to the volunteers, who will also manage the living space, meal preparation, and upkeep.
Orientation and Skill Development:
Newcomers will receive training upon arrival.
Ideal Volunteer Profile:
We seek individuals who embrace the charm of small-town life and collective experiences.
Prospective volunteers should have a penchant for photography, hands-on tasks, and creativity.
