Program Overview
This initiative is designed to enhance participants’ abilities in areas such as creativity, teamwork, digital transformation, eco-friendly practices, problem-solving, and intercultural communication.
The program aims to increase social awareness and bolster career competencies.
Activities include providing education in science, arts, sports, and languages to disadvantaged youth and children, engaging in environmental protection efforts (like planting, beekeeping, renewable energy applications), offering psychosocial support to earthquake victims, conducting humanitarian aid projects,
Organizing social club events (music, painting, sports, languages), hosting events and meetings for disadvantaged groups (orphans, refugees, economically disadvantaged individuals), arranging vocational courses for disadvantaged women and youth, and planning activities such as cycling tours, nature walks, and nature camps for both young people and adults.
Accommodation, Food, and Transportation Arrangements
Participants will be housed in rooms accommodating 2-3 people. Nutritional needs will be met by our organization, providing three daily meals.
Additionally, travel support will be provided according to the 2023 ESC application guide, based on the distance band. If needed, costs for visas, residence permits, and other exceptional expenses will also be covered by our organization.
Travel reimbursement: Participants must purchase their own travel tickets, which will be reimbursed at the end of the project. (Flexibility depending on participants)
Training During the Program
Participants will enhance their creativity, technology use, teamwork, and time management skills. Guidance will be provided by mentors and experts, offering a social scientific perspective to improve problem-solving abilities.
The training will cover topics such as digital transformation, new media, environmental sustainability, green skills, and democratic participation. All training processes will be tailored to meet the needs of the participating volunteers.
Participant Profile
Looking for young volunteers who can effectively participate in group work, are flexible and open to cooperation, possess strong communication skills,
have a high sense of social responsibility, are sensitive to individuals at different levels, can adapt to innovations and changes, possess digital competencies, and have various skills or interests (arts, sports, languages, environment, media, science, etc.).
Activity Dates
The program will run for a total of 8 weeks from 20/02/2025 to 19/04/2025.
