ESC Team Volunteering in Antalya, Türkiye – Join Us!
📍 Looking for an impactful summer?
We are seeking 5 enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to join our ESC Team Volunteering project in Antalya!
📅 Duration: 42 days + 2 travel days
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (5 workdays/week, 2 days off, plus 2 additional days off per month)
🌍 About the Project
This volunteer opportunity focuses on working with children aged 11 to 15 from disadvantaged backgrounds in summer camps hosted by the local municipality.
Volunteers will help create an engaging, fun, and safe environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
Additionally, volunteers will assist with organizational and logistical tasks to support camp activities.
📌 Volunteer Responsibilities
✅ Helping with camp logistics and preparation (cleaning, organizing spaces)
✅ Supporting outreach and dissemination activities
✅ Leading or assisting in: 🎨 Creative workshops (face painting, drama, upcycling crafts) 🎶 Music sessions (using instruments to engage children)
🏀 Sports and swimming activities (lifeguard/swim instructor experience is a plus!)
🔥 Campfire events & group games
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
🛏 Shared flat in the city center – within walking distance of the beach, historic old town, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.
🚍 Convenient location – 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Lidosk office, near multiple bus stops.
💶 Financial Support – Volunteers receive pocket money and a food allowance. 🍽 Meals Provided – Three meals per day during camp days; food allowance for days off.

📌 Looking for 10 motivated individuals eager to work in youth-focused summer camps that foster creativity and learning.
📢 Requirements & Desired Skills:
✅ Passionate about working with children aged 11-15 from disadvantaged backgrounds
✅ Team player with enthusiasm and flexibility
✅ Organized and proactive in assisting with logistics and camp activities
✅ Experience in arts, music, sports, or youth programs is an advantage
✅ Swimming or lifeguard certification is a plus but not mandatory
