🎯 Who should apply: Youth workers or young adults aged 18+ with an interest in the project’s theme.

📅 Training Dates: November 21st – 28th, 2023 (including arrival and departure days).

 

👤👤 Participants: We welcome applicants from Spain 🇪🇸, Northern Macedonia 🇲🇰, Croatia 🇭🇷, Denmark 🇩🇰, and Cyprus 🇨🇾.

💡 Theme: “TEMPUS: Tools, Exercises, and Strategies for Enhancing Self-Management” is a training course designed for youth workers who wish to acquire and enhance their knowledge of new methodologies and tools for helping ESC Volunteers and young individuals grasp the concept of time and develop a sense of how to effectively manage it.

The training course aligns closely with the Youthpass Competences, specifically focusing on “Personal, Social, and Learning-to-Learn Competence” and “Mathematical Competence and Competence in Science, Technology, Engineering (STEM).”

These competences and the central theme of the training course have gained increasing significance within the context of ESC volunteer activities and the personal development of young individuals. Understanding time and learning how to manage it effectively are crucial factors contributing to the success of various initiatives involving ESC volunteers and young people.
