About the Project
“Rurality Art Fest” gathers 17 young Europeans (aged 18-30) for a month-long volunteer experience in the rural setting of Sierra Sur de Sevilla, Spain.
During this period, volunteers will engage in the research, planning, and design of the festival, focusing on programming, partnerships, communication, and artistic curation to set the stage for its future execution.

Your tasks will include researching and contacting artists, stakeholders, and potential sponsors, assisting in the development of the festival’s program, managing social media and communication channels, and helping design the website and promotional materials.
Additionally, you will conduct artist interviews, engage with the local community, and create content to highlight the festival’s vision.
This is a hands-on experience where you will gain knowledge in event organization, cultural management, and creative networking. The program is dynamic and flexible, so be ready to adapt, collaborate, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Beyond festival duties, you will be part of a self-managed volunteer team, sharing daily responsibilities like cooking, organizing meals, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
