Embark on an impactful volunteer journey this summer by participating in the third annual Youth Summer Fest, a collaborative volunteering initiative spanning from July 15 to August 15, set in the picturesque western Romanian localities of Timisoara, Lugoj, and Jebel.
What’s the essence of the festival? Youth Summer Fest returns for its third year, uniting global volunteers to coordinate, support, publicize, and partake in youth-centric activities over a month-long stretch.
This edition will feature a cadre of 44 skilled volunteers, each contributing to areas such as event facilitation, media outreach, or event logistics.

Key dates:
- March 25: Visa application deadline.
- April 31: Non-visa applicant deadline.
- July 14: Welcome day.
- August 12: Celebration of International Youth Day.
- August 16: Farewell day.
Living arrangements: Participants will be housed in Timisoara’s student dormitories, featuring shared living quarters, restrooms, and cooking facilities.
Allowances: A daily food stipend of 5 EUR and pocket money of 4 EUR will be provided.
Travel arrangements: Travel costs will be compensated following the Erasmus+ distance categories, detailed in the provided information pack. Please note that visa-related expenses are excluded.
