Description
The project addresses the social issue of limited opportunities for young people in rural areas, which hinders personal, social, economic, and cultural development.
This problem leads to various challenges that urgently need to be addressed, such as depopulation of interior regions, population aging, low active population rates, and the lack of digital infrastructure and access to essential services.
These factors limit young people’s potential and talent development, making economic growth in these areas difficult, weakening the business community, reducing job opportunities, and increasing the risk of losing rural lifestyles and their potential, especially regarding the urgent ecological transition.

Training During the Activity
Development of learning and skills in areas such as:
Communication in the mother tongue
Communication in foreign languages
Mathematical competence and basic science and technology skills
Digital competence
Learning to learn
Social and civic skills
Entrepreneurship skills
Cultural sensitivity and creativity
Participant Profile
Looking for participants who:
Are between 18 and 30 years old
Show genuine motivation for volunteering
Are committed to European values
Have team spirit
Possess good communication skills
Have a dynamic, proactive, and responsible personality
Have no previous volunteering experience promoted by CES
Preferably come from backgrounds with fewer opportunities (geographic, cultural, economic, etc.)
