We are thrilled to invite you to the 4th Youth Festival in Rabka-Zdrój, a lovely town in the south of Poland – and we want YOU to join us!
Have you ever wanted to learn how to plan events by doing it yourself? How about leading your own festival? Well, this is your chance!
We are looking for 30 passionate volunteers to come to Rabka for 28 days to prepare a week-long festival, with a variety of activities such as workshops, performances, cultural displays, social events, and debates on youth issues.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, AND TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS
You will stay in a cozy accommodation at the Training and Education Center of Europe4Youth. Rooms are made for 2-5 people, each with its own bathroom.
You will get bedding and towels. Also, you will have three healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) every day. The center is surrounded by amazing nature, with mountains, forests, and rivers. It has an outdoor pool and is close to a big park. For fun, we have many board games!
TRAINING DURING THE PROGRAM
During your time in Rabka-Zdrój, you will have the chance to join training sessions on different topics, such as:
– Event organization and management
– Project management – Communication skills – Social media planning and promotion – Music
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are looking for volunteers who: – Want to learn and grow personally – Can work in teams and also be independent and good at managing their time
– Support and follow the values of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) – Can adjust to different situations and be flexible
– Show creativity, motivation, and a desire to learn new skills, such as managing social media profiles, making films (stories, reels, etc.), and recording podcasts
– Are willing to learn how to organize and run social, cultural, and educational events and workshops – Are respectful and open-minded toward others, appreciating diverse ideas and cultures
