For the past four years, we have been hosting a Youth Festival in Rabka-Zdrój, a picturesque town in southern Poland.
This year, we’re expanding the festival to include more towns and cities in our region – and we want YOU to be a part of it! Ever wanted to gain experience in event planning?
How about organizing your own festival? Now’s your chance! We’re seeking 30 enthusiastic volunteers to join us in Rabka for 35 days to plan a week-long festival – with each day held in a different town!
The events we organize will be based on a needs analysis conducted in the participating towns, so you can expect a variety of workshops, shows, cultural events, social events, and youth policy discussions.

Accommodation, Food, and Transport Arrangements
Volunteers will be accommodated at the Training and Education Center of Europe4Youth in rooms for 2-5 people, each with a private bathroom.
Bedding and towels will be provided. You will also receive three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The center is surrounded by stunning nature, including mountains, forests, and a river, and features an outdoor pool and proximity to a large park. We also have a collection of board games for your enjoyment!

Participant Profile
We are looking for volunteers who:
Are open to learning and self-development
Can work effectively in groups, but also independently (strong time-management skills are essential)
Agree with and respect ESC values
Are flexible, creative, and motivated
Are eager to learn how to manage social media profiles, create films (stories, reels, etc.), and record podcasts
Are interested in organizing and managing social, cultural, and educational events and workshops
Are tolerant and accepting of others, their ideas, and cultures
