Project Overview
One World Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering peace and intercultural dialogue. We collaborate with various Polish non-profits to facilitate brief volunteer camps.
This summer, we’re excited to partner with Multi.Art, a cultural group from Kalisz, known for their youth-centric initiatives. Among these is “Theatre Summers,” a project that champions drama education across the nation. It’s vital for young individuals to channel their activism and share their perspectives.
Through the arts—be it performance or visual—we aim to empower them to make an impact on their local community, neighborhood, and city.
Activities like sketching, painting, sculpting, and crafting installations will tackle complex topics.
Living and Logistics
Volunteers will be accommodated in dormitory-style shared rooms. We provide all meals, and travel costs will be compensated. Those needing visa assistance will receive support throughout the application process.
Engagement and Training
Volunteers will immerse themselves in all scheduled events, working closely with the youngsters. They’ll also assist our local mentors and educators regularly. We encourage volunteers to contribute their unique ideas and suggestions for enhancements.
Ideal Volunteer
We seek a volunteer passionate about youth mentorship.
The perfect applicant would bring experience from international endeavors and possess adeptness in cross-cultural interactions.
Skills in crafting engaging workshops and entertaining activities for kids are essential. Team collaboration skills are imperative, and a keen interest in the dramatic arts and creativity is highly valued
