“Many young volunteers are motivated by the desire to learn and create positive change.
But what does ‘making a change’ truly mean? And how can you design volunteering activities to achieve this?
In this training course, we will explore the concept of community impact.
By understanding the communities you work with and defining the impact you aim to achieve, you’ll develop an action plan to enhance the community impact of your volunteering activities.
You’ll learn effective tools and methods for creating and measuring impact.
We’ll share best practices from the Netherlands and connect you with like-minded peers from across Europe and beyond.
After the training, you’ll be equipped to take concrete steps to enhance your project’s impact, benefiting both the community and young people.
We invite participants with varying levels of experience in the program and community impact to apply. The program will be customized to accommodate different backgrounds.
Participants are expected to arrive on October 14.
The training will begin on the morning of October 15 and conclude around 6:00 PM on October 17. Departure can be planned for the evening of October 17 or anytime on October 18
