Context
This event aims to bring together youth organizations from program countries and Southern Mediterranean countries to enhance skills and develop initiatives that support and empower young women.
Participants will explore best practices in Morocco through interactive discussions, dialogues, and visits to two or three organizations dedicated to supporting women.
The study visit will feature practical sessions, allowing participants to discover new methods, engage in interactive discussions, share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore various approaches to implementing projects for women.

Objectives of the Study Visit
To explore and share best practices for empowering and engaging women
To examine different examples of youth workers engaging with young women facing fewer opportunities
To understand how various organizations empower young women by enhancing their visibility and providing essential skills in different areas
To promote Erasmus+ Youth opportunities, such as Youth Exchanges and Youth Participation Projects, for organizations supporting women
To build partnerships for future initiatives and promote international cooperation to strengthen women’s support networks
