The TICTAC training initiative is designed to bolster the involvement of youth organizations throughout Europe in international mobility projects under the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.
The initiative concentrates on enhancing the caliber and strategic execution of these projects, with a commitment to fostering international collaborations and advancing the participants’ essential skills.
Objectives:
To advocate for the Erasmus+ Youth Program as a pedagogical instrument.
To delve into high-quality international collaborations under the program, with a spotlight on the mobility of those serving the youth.
To comprehend the program’s contribution to enduring local strategies.
To embark on the preliminary phases of orchestrating ‘Mobility of Youth Workers’ endeavors within an international cadre.
To cultivate proficiencies in orchestrating Non-Formal Education and Intercultural Learning endeavors.
To underscore the engagement of the youth and their active role in society while crafting European and global initiatives.
The Program’s Target Audience:
Individuals who have previously engaged in an international event or activity (participation in Erasmus+ Youth or European Solidarity Corps projects is not a prerequisite).
Those eager to grasp and utilize the Erasmus+ program to either forge or fortify international partnerships.
Individuals intent on elevating the quality of their international ventures.
Persons who are at least 18 years of age.
Participants who possess the proficiency in English necessary for effective communication throughout the course. Limited English proficiency may impede the learning experience.
