TICTAC is an initiative open to all National Agencies within the Erasmus+ (Youth) and European Solidarity Corps programme countries.
It functions as both a training course (TC) and a partnership-building activity (PBA), aiming to foster international collaboration and elevate the quality of youth worker mobility projects.
This programme is built on the principles of long-term strategic planning and the project lifecycle, equipping participants with the tools necessary to craft impactful local strategies.
By addressing the core elements of quality international youth work, TICTAC supports participants in improving mobility projects for youth workers.
