Not only will you master the art of constructing a seed-drying shed, but you’ll also play a pivotal role in the harvest of vegetables that sustain the community.
Your efforts in building the drying shed are crucial for seed preservation, bolstering the farm’s sustainability. We invite you to be part of our volunteer brigade and perhaps, find a home with us for the year to come.
Living Quarters, Nourishment, and Locale
Your home will be a personal tent nestled on the verdant farmstead. Feast on a bounty of organic produce, courtesy of the Community Farm, supplemented with a variety of wholefoods to nourish your stay.
The village’s quaint amenities, including a pharmacy, bookstore, café, and grocery store, are all a brief stroll away.
Skill Development
Your journey begins with an extensive tour of the premises, ensuring you’re well-acquainted with your new surroundings. As the days unfold, you’ll gain valuable insights into the essentials of a functional drying shed and the know-how to construct one.
