This training focuses on enhancing the mental well-being of young people and youth workers, providing a space for personal growth.
Participants will improve their knowledge, develop soft skills, and explore creative tools for mental health and emotional well-being. The training aims to create a mindful environment, introduce new practices, and utilize art as a medium.
The goal of this training is to support the mental well-being of young people and youth workers who are open to new experiences.
Together, we will create a mindful space for personal and professional development as youth workers and trainers. Participants will have the chance to enhance their knowledge and soft skills related to mental health and emotional well-being, and explore new practices and tools through art and creativity.
Additionally, working on projects with young people can be a significant source of stress, similar to any other workplace.
Therefore, it is essential to find a balance between work and leisure to maintain motivation, continue development, and prevent burnout. In this project, we will explore our skills, competencies, and resources through artistic methods.
Using an artistic approach (including visual arts, dance, and drama tools), we will explore self-communication and apply these tools and practices in youth work.
We also aim to highlight the importance of digital well-being and its connection to mental health, social, and emotional skills.
