Volunteering Teams is a collaborative initiative that unites 5 international participants with 5 local volunteers over a span of 22 days.
The activity is scheduled for about 30 hours weekly.
Throughout this period, 10 volunteers will engage in InterMediaKT’s diverse array of activities, which include environmental stewardship, language exchange, mental health support, cooperation with local entities, and the enhancement of digital skills.
Logistics for Accommodation, Meals, and Travel
International volunteers will be provided with complimentary, fully-equipped shared accommodation.
Travel expenses for the journey to and from Patras are reimbursed within set limits. (Refer to the Distance Calculator)
A daily food allowance is granted (5€/day).
Additionally, volunteers receive daily pocket money (6€/day).
Ideal Participant:
Are you aged 18-30 and thrive in a team setting? Are you eager to learn and ready to step out of your comfort zone for a distinctive adventure?
Do you possess a solid grasp of English (B1/B2 level)? We’re on the lookout for 5 individuals from Patras, Greece, and 5 from program and partner nations.
No specific expertise is required; however, we value volunteers with an interest or background in intercultural dialogue, accessible education, social innovation, mental health, and proactive engagement.
