In today’s increasingly digital world, young people face growing feelings of isolation and disconnection, challenging their sense of belonging and active community participation.
This training course was designed to meet the urgent need for meaningful intercultural dialogue and engagement in an era of global uncertainty.
By delving into themes of identity, diversity, and community, we aim to create a space where youth and youth workers can reflect on their roles in building inclusive, active communities and develop tools for democratic participation.
Project Aim
This training course aims to provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on identity, diversity, and the perception of interculturality.
We will explore various tools to foster an engaged community where young people feel a sense of belonging and actively participate in their community’s democratic processes.
