Event Overview: The 2024 Ouch’lympic Games, coinciding with the Paris Olympics, is a unique team volunteering initiative running from July 31 to August 15, 2024, in the charming town of L’Aigle, nestled in the scenic Pays d’Ouche, Normandy, France.
This event is a celebration of unity and culture, featuring:
European Heritage:
Marking a decade of embracing European volunteers at MJC de L’Aigle.
Fostering communal spaces for dialogue and cultural exchange.
Urban Artistry:
Providing introductory sessions to breakdancing and street art.
Organizing a global Battle event to showcase urban talents.
Wellness and Inclusivity in Sports:
Encouraging daily physical activities like stretching, walking, and cycling.
Promoting adaptive sports such as Boccia and blind football from August 3 to 10.
Media and Expression:
Enhancing community engagement through Kolectiv’ radio broadcasts.
Highlighting team volunteering efforts and events through creative video content, including Olympic event parodies and live social media coverage.
Living Arrangements:
Participants will be accommodated in tents at Jo Masso stadium in L’Aigle, with access to locker room amenities.
A sheltered area equipped with a kitchen, refrigeration, a bar, and outdoor dining setups will be available.
Meals, ranging from intercultural to vegetarian options, will be prepared collaboratively by volunteers and team members.
Transportation will primarily be eco-friendly, with walking and biking preferred, supplemented by mini buses for support.
Training and Engagement: Upon arrival, volunteers will engage in:

An orientation to the week’s activities.
Workshops on radio broadcasting and healthy sports practices.
Collaborative rule-setting and role assignments to ensure a harmonious experience.
Participant Criteria:
Looking for enthusiastic young Europeans under 30 who are eager to immerse themselves in a multicultural adventure. Ideal candidates are those with a passion or proficiency in areas such as:
Breakdancing and graffiti art.
Radio production and videography.
