🎯 Purpose of the Training
“Gaming as a Tool for Inclusion” is a hands-on training initiative designed to equip youth professionals with effective methods for using digital games to foster inclusion.
This program is specifically crafted for youth workers who already incorporate gaming into their practice and want to enhance its accessibility and inclusiveness for diverse youth audiences.
Participants will engage in a supportive and respectful learning space where they can exchange ideas, reflect on their experiences, and explore how gaming can be a meaningful tool for engaging young people facing social or economic barriers.
The training is rooted in non-formal education and emphasizes experiential learning, peer-to-peer exchange, and inclusive practices through digital play.

Be open to learning and co-developing inclusive gaming practices
Be actively involved in the youth sector
Be proficient in English

📌 Training Schedule
In-person Training in Tampere, Finland
February 2 (Monday): Arrival
February 3–5 (Tuesday–Thursday): Full training days featuring expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and peer learning
February 6 (Friday): Departure
