🎯 What Is This Training About?
Be Yourself is an international training initiative centred on self-awareness, wellbeing, authenticity, and personal growth.
This course provides participants with the chance to reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and lead others with honesty and integrity.
The programme brings together individuals who wish to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their authenticity, and support their emotional wellbeing.
In today’s fast-paced world filled with digital distractions, expectations, and pressure, this project creates a safe space to pause, reflect, and realign with personal values and inner balance.
Held in a calm, nature-based environment, the training encourages meaningful reflection, open dialogue, and mindful interaction.
Participants will explore personal boundaries, discover inner strength, enhance emotional awareness, and learn self-care practices—essential foundations for offering sustainable and healthy support to young people.
Learning Outcomes
Throughout the programme, participants will:
Develop authentic leadership and personal integrity
Enhance emotional resilience and self-awareness
Gain tools for mental wellbeing, balance, and preventing burnout
Reconnect with their inner world and surroundings to rediscover what truly matters
🏠 Accommodation & Meals
Participants selected for the program will have their accommodation and meals fully covered by the organizers.
If you are not selected, you may still join by purchasing the course at the standard rate listed by the host organization. In that case, support with travel and accommodation arrangements will still be provided.
✈️ Travel Reimbursement
Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the most cost-effective and direct travel options.
