🌿 Volunteering for Environmental Awareness and Sustainable Development
Starting on June 15, 2025, this meaningful volunteer project will take place in Pirovac Municipality, along the Croatian coastline, lasting a total of 14 days.
🌍 The initiative aims to raise awareness among local residents about environmental protection and sustainable development, while encouraging active participation in eco-friendly volunteer activities that support both nature and public health.
📢 A team of 13 volunteers will collaborate with local citizens and partner organizations to carry out various activities, including:
✅ Escape Room Challenge, fostering problem-solving skills
✅ Environmental initiatives within the community, such as beach clean-ups
✅ Utilizing digital tools to assess community needs and launching video campaigns
✅ Developing creative games and theatrical performances for children on sustainable development ✅ Crafting new items using recycled materials
🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Transportation
📍 Volunteers will stay at the Training Center Pirovac, located along the Croatian coast.
🍽 Meals will be provided at the same location.
💰 Each volunteer will receive a daily allowance of €10, covering living expenses, in line with the European Solidarity Corps guidelines for Croatia. 📌 All basic living costs are fully covered.
📚 Training & Support
📖 Volunteers will receive comprehensive training to familiarize themselves with the project, its objectives, and activities.
🔄 Throughout the program, PRONI staff, particularly volunteer coordinators, will provide ongoing support to ensure effective learning and guide participants in understanding the Youthpass certification.

✔ Have an open-minded, communicative, and creative personality
✔ Be enthusiastic about environmental action and community-based projects
✔ Possess digital skills, as promotional campaigns and digital initiatives will be part of the project
