Embark on a 16-day volunteering journey with 18 volunteers from diverse countries, set in the picturesque coastal town of Ljubač, near Zadar, Croatia.
Volunteers will actively contribute to traditional stonewall repairs, environmental cleanup efforts, and manual labor in nature, dedicating 4-6 hours per day to these meaningful tasks.
Additionally, 4 free days will be provided during the camp, scheduled in agreement with the hosting organization.
Accommodation, Food, and Transport Arrangements:
Accommodation will be provided in a campsite near the beach, offering tents and tree houses equipped with kitchen facilities, toilets, and showers.
Food will be provided, with volunteers organized into teams responsible for cooking meals for the entire group. Local transport will be arranged by the hosting organization.
Travel expenses to and from Croatia will be covered based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator. Accommodation and food costs are covered, and upon arrival at the camp, volunteers will receive pocket money amounting to 96 euros (6 euros/day).
Training During the Activity:
Volunteers will have access to online ESC training, which is optional. Upon arrival at the camp, on-arrival training will be provided in the form of a workshop facilitated by the host organization.
Participant Profile:
Individuals aged 18 and above, driven by a passion for volunteering and community work, are welcome to apply.
No previous experience is required, and priority will be given to participants facing fewer opportunities.
To participate in this project, registration on the ESC platform (European Youth Portal) must be completed before the start of the activity.
