📍 Woodstown, County Waterford, Ireland
The main goal of this program is to encourage youth workers to engage young people in collaborating with nature, leading to stronger and more effective outcomes in youth work.
At the end of the course, participants will design a Learning Toolkit that they can apply with young people in their own countries.
During the week in Ireland, the group will be immersed in nature, draw on creativity, and build meaningful connections through shared experiences.
🎯 Objectives
Explore the “5 Pathways to Nature” framework, which helps young people connect with the natural world in their own way.
Create a learning environment where youth workers feel included and committed through sharing and experiential practice.
Provide tools that enable youth workers to build deeper relationships with the young people they support.
Exchange methods and practices from across Europe, inspiring participants to implement similar approaches with their own target groups after the course.
Reflect on personal learning using Youthpass Key Competences, while strengthening capacity within the Erasmus+ framework.
👥 The program will host a total of 16 participants.
