As a volunteer, you’ll collaborate with local professionals to support research focused on the realities faced by street children and at-risk girls in Togo.
Your role will help generate accurate insights that inform future social development programs. Working side by side with trained staff, you’ll assist in gathering data, raising awareness, and offering basic educational support to children in need.
Your tasks will include preparing materials for workshops, accompanying peer educators during outreach efforts, and participating in initiatives related to social justice, hygiene, health education, and reproductive well-being.
You’ll also help design simple advocacy tools and contribute to community engagement activities. All responsibilities are carried out in a safe, team-based environment, with consistent guidance provided.
Your involvement will help strengthen local capacity and contribute to long-term improvements in the lives of vulnerable youth.
🏠 Living Conditions
Volunteers will be housed in a guesthouse, each with a private room equipped with electricity, clean drinking water, and internet access (internet costs are covered by the volunteer).
The organization will supply groceries, and volunteers will prepare their own meals. Life in Togo is rich in culture—expect to explore vibrant markets, enjoy traditional dishes like foufou, ayimolou, akoumé, and gari, and experience the rhythms and colors of local traditions.
