🏠 Accommodation & Meals
All essential living expenses during the project period—including accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and scheduled coffee breaks—are fully covered.
Please note: any personal expenses or costs incurred outside the official project dates (such as extra nights or meals) are the responsibility of the participant.
✈️ Travel Reimbursement
Travel costs will be reimbursed in line with Erasmus+ Programme guidelines. To initiate the reimbursement process, participants must submit original travel documents (tickets, boarding passes, invoices, etc.) and complete all required dissemination activities.
“Youth Exchanges for Youth 4” (YOU4YOU4) is the fourth installment of a long-term initiative designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of non-formal education and international mobility—especially within the framework of Erasmus+ KA152-YOU youth exchange projects.
🎯 What This Training Offers
This immersive course will guide participants through the full project cycle—from initial concept to final evaluation. Key learning areas include:
Identifying community needs
Defining clear objectives
Measuring impact and learning outcomes
Building effective communication strategies
Applying evaluation tools
Managing projects with quality standards
Participants will explore practical tools, proven methods, and successful examples to help them design, implement, and manage youth exchange projects that meet Erasmus+ KA1 criteria.
