About the ProjectDuring Malabis Share 2026, volunteers will help establish and run a temporary “clothing bank” where families can freely select quality second-hand clothes in a respectful, store-like setting.
This initiative redefines traditional charity by emphasizing choice and dignity, while also promoting sustainability and social inclusion.
Participants will assist with clothing distribution, interact with the local community, and engage in upcycling and awareness activities—contributing to both environmental responsibility and community empowerment.
Participant Profile
Young people aged 18–30
Interested in sustainability, social impact, and intercultural exchange
Team-oriented, motivated, and open-minded
No prior experience is required—what matters most is enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and readiness to collaborate. Basic English can be helpful, but it is not mandatory.
A total of 42 international volunteers will be selected.
Accommodation, Food & Travel
Shared rooms for 2–5 participants (beds, blankets, and pillows provided)
Communal bathrooms available according to local standards
Laundry and internet services not on-site, but accessible nearby
Either a daily food allowance or three vegan meals per day will be provided
Tap water is safe to drink; bottled water will not be supplied to encourage sustainability
This project aims to reduce textile waste, strengthen social inclusion, and promote a solidarity-based model of volunteering built on respect and dignity
