In this workshop, participants to creating an anti-racist environment come together to deeply examine structural and institutional inequalities, targeting discrimination and racism.
The goal is to raise awareness of various forms of discrimination, eliminate biases, and develop concrete strategies for action.
Participants will focus on practical approaches to fostering solidarity, using language sensitive to discrimination, and promoting respectful communication.
Best practices from Europe and around the world will be discussed, examined, and developed to provide effective solutions. One of the main objectives is to counter the rise of right-wing narratives across Europe.
As part of the “Europe Against Racism” project, we invite educators, trainers, and individuals committed to creating an anti-racist environment to learn together, examine and question existing structures.
