Jugendvision e.V. (JV), a dynamic non-profit organization based in Stuttgart, Germany, is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young individuals. JV specializes in spearheading local and global projects that enrich youth, education, and cultural experiences.
At the heart of JV’s mission is the promotion of social and intercultural learning. We offer a nurturing environment where youths can acquire new competencies, partake in enriching experiences, and forge significant bonds with peers from various cultural backgrounds.
JV orchestrates an array of initiatives both locally and internationally, prominently featuring programs like the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ projects.
Our portfolio includes youth exchanges, educational courses, Discover EU, and strategic partnership ventures. Moreover, we are fervent advocates of our endeavors and the ethos of European citizenship across various social media channels.
We are on the lookout for proactive Erasmus+ interns eager to join our team for distinctive three-month hybrid internships, which include both on-site and virtual components.

Internship Dates:
- 1: June 1, 2024 – August 30, 2024
- 2: September 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024
- 3: December 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025
- 4: March 1, 2025 – May 30, 2025
Each phase lasts up to 89 days, with a hybrid format combining online and on-site work in Germany, totaling 40 hours per week. Please note, phases may adjust based on JV’s availability or project demands.
Principal Duties:
Craft and execute innovative social media strategies to boost our project’s engagement and online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our official website.
Create diverse content such as posts, videos, graphics, newsletters, and press releases to maintain a cohesive brand image.
Oversee social media accounts, monitor interactions, respond to messages, and nurture our community ties.
Employ digital marketing and SEO techniques to enhance our virtual footprint.
Work in tandem with partners and media outlets to fortify our public image.
Evaluate social media metrics and campaign results to refine our strategies.
Assist project teams with communication tasks and help orchestrate promotional efforts.
Lead the charge in covering events both physically and digitally, spotlighting pivotal moments.
Stay current with social media trends and best practices through continuous professional growth.
Handle administrative responsibilities linked to social media and marketing, including active participation in team meetings and project assessments to boost our operational effectiveness.
Roles and responsibilities are adaptable, aligning with the evolving needs and goals of our organization.
