Let’s Slow Down Camp offers a rejuvenating experience for your mind, body, and spirit. It provides a tranquil environment where you can detach from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature and yourself.
Embrace the serenity of the present moment and leave behind the chaos. The retreat is designed for 20 participants, with 10 from the Czech Republic and 10 from other parts of the world, selected primarily based on their motivation.
Together, we’ll embark on a 14-day journey, dedicating meaningful efforts to nature in the Wallachia region. While focusing on psychohygiene and well-being, we’ll also indulge in recreational activities, creating lasting memories.
Stress-relief activities such as silence therapy, art therapy, and movement exercises are planned, alongside regional trips, excursions, and enriching conversations.

Our accommodation will be at the Kosénka Eco-centre in Valašské Klobouky, offering shared sleeping areas with mattresses (participants must bring a sleeping bag), a meeting room, a cozy wooden cabin with a stove, toilets, a shower, and a small kitchen.
